Lance graduated from the University of Otago in 2004 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has an interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation and is currently undertaking a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. Lance has worked extensively with local and provincial teams and aims to one day work at the Commonwealth and Olympic games.
Sarah Norton

Sarah graduated from University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Credit. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Structural Biology, and a Diploma of Massage Therapy.
Sarah has completed McKenzie Institute courses in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which focus on assessment and treatment of mechanical neck and back pain. Recently Sarah has completed vocational assessment training in EPIC lifting and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE).
She is also interested in hockey, aerial circus classes, and downhill mountain biking.
Wern er Strauss

Werner completed his Master’s Degree in South Africa in 1993 and has
worked in a variety of settings since then, both in public and private
practice. Werner currently provides support with pain management at TBI
Health. He is concurrently completing a Doctoral Study entitled
“Resiliency factors in single-parent families affected by HIV/AIDS”
which focuses on factors that support people in overcoming adversity.
Besides working he enjoys participating in ironman triathlon and owns a
trailer sailor called Popeye.
Helen Reynold s

Helen has been with TBI Health since early 2008. An avid netball player, Helen goes out of her way to help patients feel welcome and cared for at the Mana clinic, and she exemplifies the notion that humour is nature’s best medicine.
