Verity joined the TBI Health team in 2007 after returning from the UK where she gained a lot of experience in vocational rehabilitation. Verity has over 10 years experience working in the private and public sector in both New Zealand and the UK.

Chris has over 18 years experience in providing rehabilitation services within the private health sector.  He completed his post-graduate training in Manipulative Therapy in 1996 at Curtin University, Perth, Australia and his Master degree in Health Sciences in 2007. Chris has a special interest in protocol based functional rehabilitation for sports and spinal injuries.  He has worked for a number of years with a variety of sports teams including Wellington Rugby and The New Zealand Mens' Black Sticks Hockey team.

Erin is a Canadian trained therapist recently transferred from our sister company, CBI Health. With over 10 years of experience working in rehabilitation, Erin has an extensive background in functional exercise prescription and recently obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia.

Helen has been with TBI Health since early 2008. An avid netball player, Helen goes out of her way to help patients feel welcome and cared for at the Kapiti clinic, and she exemplifies the notion that humour is nature’s best medicine.

Jane graduated from Otago University in Dunedin. She works with Paraparaumu Rugby and believes in promoting independence through education and encouraging a healthy active lifestyle. Outside of work, Jane enjoys training horses and has competed nationally in a variety of disciplines.

Clinical Psychologist
MA (Stellenbosch, South Africa)

Werner completed his Master’s Degree in South Africa in 1993 and has worked in a variety of settings since then, both in public and private practice. Werner currently provides support with pain management at TBI Health. He is concurrently completing a Doctoral Study entitled “Resiliency factors in single-parent families affected by HIV/AIDS” which focuses on factors that support people in overcoming adversity. Besides working he enjoys participating in ironman triathlon and owns a trailer sailor called Popeye.
