We have an enthusiastic team of experienced clinicians available to
provide high quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services in
the community. Our team are available for home visits and visits to
retirement villages and rest homes.
Our community services include:
- Mobility assessments for clients to determine the need for rehabilitation equipment/walking aids and ordering of this equipment.
- Exercises to improve or maintain function and independence
- Home based physiotherapy
- Exercises to improve or maintain balance, muscle strength and joint range of motion
- Falls risk assessments
- Post-op rehabilitation for clients who have had recent surgery
