ImageRehabilitating from an injury can be frustrating.  Getting regular treatment and increasing exercises — it can sometimes get confusing and unfortunately a lot of people forget their exercises as soon as they leave the clinic!

Over the last five years, TBI Health has developed an extensive library of rehab protocols to assist in your rehabilitation plan.  Following each visit you will receive a printed version of your latest exercise programme, individually tailored to your needs.  We have seen enormous benefits to our clients- quite simply because they can follow an easy to read exercise programme that can be done in their own living room.

Your exercise programme will usually be provided after your first appointment.  Upgrades are provided on subsequent visits to ensure you stay on track to achieve your rehabilitation goals.
