We’ve gathered a wide range of experts according to your needs. You may work with pain specialists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, hand therapists, nurse practitioners or dietitians. Whatever your need, we work hard to ensure that you have access to the expertise you need to make you well.
TBI Health is a subsidiary of Southern Cross Healthcare.
Our vision is to lead the way in the rehabilitation industry, helping people with injury and illness to reach their full potential and lead happier and healthier lives.

If you have pain, injury or illness, it can be frustrating, working out what’s wrong and what to do about it.
In 2001, we set up TBI Health to help solve that problem. We give you access to a team of experts who help get you back on track. We can see you in your home, workplace, rest home or at one of our nationwide TBI Health clinics. And if you can’t get into a clinic, we can support you remotely via our convenient Clinic in the Cloud – Telehealth service.
TBI Health SpineCare is a collaborative model that we’ve developed at TBI Health. A range of clinical specialists work together on your behalf—giving you confidence that we can work out what you need to help you manage your back pain.

Our Physiotherapy and Injury Rehab service helps people recover from sports or musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, and strains. It gives you access to a full specialist team including orthopaedic specialists, medical specialists, physiotherapists, psychologists and other allied health professionals. Our multidisciplinary team work together to provide you with the support you need to get you back doing the things you love.
We look at a holistic model for your health, based on Whare Tapa Whā—looking at your physical health, spiritual health, psychological health, and social health. We’re the people to check in with to make sure that you’re on track.
The TBI Health Rehab at Home service is a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide rehabilitation support for people who have had injuries, strokes, or any other illness that may affect their independence and mobility. We also provide services to aged care facilities. We help residents maintain their mobility for as long as possible.

Our Well at Work services offers support for people to either stay at work or get back to work after having any difficulties because of an injury or illness or any other reasons for struggling.
If you need help getting back on track. Book online, give us a call or drop in and see us at our network of nationwide TBI Health clinics.
TBI Health are proud to be a finalist in the New Zealand Primary Healthcare Awards | He Tohu Mauri Ora for our SpineCare Pathway.
