TBI Health holds a range of contracts with ACC and health insurers to provide funding support for our clients. Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for either subsidised or fully funded treatment. Your Physio will be able to determine your eligibility for funded support after your first assessment.
If you have an ACC claim and are not eligible for a fully funded treatment programme, there will be a surcharge in our clinic for a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment.
Clinic Physiotherapy
If you have an eligible ACC claim, our clinics will have a surcharge for a comprehensive Physiotherapy assessment ($38-$67) and ($27-$45) for a follow-up Physiotherapy consultation.
Surcharges vary slightly across clinics so please confirm at your first appointment. If you have an eligible ACC injury claim, our Physiotherapist can lodge the details with ACC at your first appointment.
If you are not eligible for ACC, a private Physiotherapy assessment is ($85-$120) and ($58-$80) for a follow-up Physiotherapy consultation.
Rehab at Home
If you prefer, one of our rehabilitation professionals can visit you at home for assessment, advice, and follow-up treatment as needed.
If you have an approved ACC injury claim, we’ll confirm your eligibility for fully-funded rehabilitation and coordinate with ACC for approval. If you’re not eligible for fully-funded ACC rehabilitation, a surcharge between $50 and $136 (inc. GST) applies for physiotherapy appointments, based on appointment duration. Please contact us for a quote for ACC Occupational Therapy appointment costs.
For private appointments, the cost ranges from $103 to $206 (inc. GST), inclusive of travel if within a 30-minute drive of your nearest clinic. Additional travel charges may apply for further distances or rural areas.
