We are always aiming to give our clients a high-quality service at an affordable price. We also hold several fully and partially funded national contracts with ACC and health insurers (i.e. Southern Cross Health Insurance and NIB), and we provide a range of fully, partially and privately funded services to our clients.
The following section provides an indication of our treatment costs. Please be aware that our surcharges and private fees do vary across different TBI Health clinics and the information provided below is a guide only. Please ask our reception team for clinic specific fees when you book your initial appointment.
Clinic Physiotherapy
If you have an eligible ACC claim, there will be a surcharge in our clinics for a comprehensive assessment (approx. $47-57) and for each follow up appointment (approx. $21-31).
Our surcharges vary slightly across our clinics so please confirm when you visit for your first appointment. If you have an eligible ACC injury claim our Physiotherapist can lodge the details with ACC at your first appointment. If you are not eligible for ACC, a Physiotherapy assessment is approximately $72-87 for an assessment and $46-61 for a follow up consultation.
Rehab at Home
If preferred, one of our rehabilitation professionals can visit you at your home for an assessment and follow up treatment/rehabilitation.
If you have an eligible ACC claim, there will be a surcharge of between $57 and $97 for each appointment (depending on appointment duration). This is inclusive of GST and your therapist’s travel to and from your home, within major cities.
If you are not eligible for ACC, a privately-funded Physiotherapy assessment, treatment or rehabilitation appointment will cost between $87 and $132 (including GST) depending on appointment duration.
Additional travel fees may be charged for home visits outside of major cities/locations where TBI Health staff are based. We can provide a quote for this when you book an appointment.

TBI Health also provides a wide range of private services including Psychology, Exercise Therapy, Pharmacy, Hand Therapy, Parkinson’s Disease Programme, Concussion services, Occupational Therapy, Pain Management services. For clients with an eligible ACC claim we may be able to provide fully or subsidised support.
