TBI Health provides ACC‑funded Return to Work support for injured workers who meet ACC eligibility criteria, helping rehabilitation start promptly and supporting an earlier, sustainable return to work.
To access this service, employers complete the referral form below. Once received, TBI Health will assess whether the employee is likely to meet ACC requirements and, where appropriate, seek approval from ACC on your behalf.
