How it works
If your patient may benefit from additional work-focused support:
- Complete the referral form below
- We’ll review suitability for ACC VRS21 eligibility
- If the client meets ACC’s eligibility criteria, we’ll support the request to ACC for approval

If you are currently treating a patient and wish to continue their rehabilitation, this pathway allows your clinical care to continue, alongside additional vocational and return-to-work support.
