Many New Zealanders are currently adjusting to working from home, and while this arrangement can be convenient, it can also come with its own challenges.

The Keeping Well when Working from Home service has been developed to ensure a holistic approach to support your wellbeing during this time.

How does the service work?

This service involves a 30-minute assessment via video conferencing (Clinic in the Cloud – Telehealth service) to discuss any challenges you may be facing, and collaboratively developing goals to manage those challenges.

How are we different from other services?

The Keeping Well when Working from Home team is here not just to listen, but to provide solution focused, holistic, and pragmatic steps to improving your wellbeing, using the Five Ways to Wellbeing as key areas to underpin our approach.

TBI Health provides access to a range of Health professionals including: Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists who are available throughout New Zealand to assist you within this service.
