Workstation Set Up Assessments

These quick assessments are a cost-effective way of ensuring computer-based workers are set up according to best practice guidelines. They are ideal for large groups of office-based workers who have recently moved to a new working space and are suitable for those without pain or discomfort and where reporting for each individual is not required.

  • Recommendations for equipment or further follow up provided to businesses
Workstation Audits

Workstation Audits

20-30 minute workstation audit assessments are suitable for workers not experiencing any issues at their workstation or whilst driving for work and where individual reporting is required. They are often used for new recruits as part of their induction. 

These can include:

  • An assessment of the work layout, set up, environment, equipment, posture, practices & tasks 
  • Demonstration and adjustment of the equipment & furniture
  • Advice regarding good work postures & practices
  • Recommendation of any additional equipment or support that may be required
  • Straight-forward and actionable individual reports 

Workstation audits can be carried out in-person or via Telehealth and are suitable for workers in their office or working from home. 

Workstation Assessments

Whether your computer-based workers are in the office or working from home, these assessments are invaluable for staff experiencing discomfort, pain or injury at their workstation. Our experienced team of Occupational Health Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists will carry out a thorough assessment to explore the issues and help overcome these with the necessary input and recommendations. 

Workstation Assessments

These include: 

  • An assessment to understand the history of symptoms and any factors that may be contributing 
  • Assessment of the workstation layout, environment, equipment, tasks and work practices 
  • Demonstrating the equipment and setting up the workstation 
  • Providing advice regarding good work practice, task modification, pacing and symptoms management
  • Recommending any additional equipment or input that may be required
  • Full report documenting the above
  • Email or phone follow up at completion of the service

Workstation Assessments can be carried out in-person or via our Clinic in the Cloud Telehealth service.
