Penny is Head of Operations at TBI Health, providing strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. Penny holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Auckland and brings a strong blend of operational expertise, people leadership, and a deep understanding of service delivery.

Penny joined TBI Health in 2005, starting her career as a physiotherapist at the Newtown clinic before progressing into leadership roles as Clinic Manager in Wellington and Auckland.
