Rodney Ford

Rodney is TBI Health’s National Clinic Services Manager, leading clinical service delivery across the organisation. He joined TBI Health in 2007 after returning from overseas travel, starting as a clinic physiotherapist before moving into national leadership. Rodney is committed to an integrated, outcomes‑driven approach to rehabilitation and strengthening multidisciplinary practice.

He has worked with club and representative rugby teams, including two tours to the United States with the New Zealand Universities team. Rodney remains active in local rugby and is often found on the sidelines offering spirited support for his beloved OBU Billygoats.
